I am the creator, director and curator of the Theatre of Lived Experience. I create visual, performative, spoken and written worlds to explore identity, belonging, shared meaning, inbetweenness, recyclable ideas and our relationship to otherness and our natural world. My art aims at challenging perceptions and opening creative spaces for reflection, healing and change. It is located at the intersection of the personal and the collective.

Alongside this work, I also have more than 20 years' therapeutic experience with individuals and groups.

I am based in Bedford (UK).
