I am the creator, director, animator and curator of the Theatre of Lived Experience. I create visual, performative, spoken and written worlds to explore identity, belonging, shared meaning, inbetweenness and our relationship to otherness. My art work is mainly based on personal narratives to foster awareness, understanding and acceptance of one another. It aims at challenging perceptions, and opening creative spaces for reflection, dialogue and change. It is located at the intersection of the personal and the collective. I am interested in art as public and social intervention whereby audiences are involved as co-creators. Alongside this work, I also have more than 15 years' therapeutic experience with individuals and groups.

I am based in Bedford (UK).
